We are seeking a dynamic and strategic professional to lead the charge in accelerating growth within the Industrial Vegetation Management sector.

This includes roadside, rail, utility, and industrial infrastructure markets. Your mission: drive business development, deepen key account relationships, and champion the adoption of our innovative solutions.

You'll work across customer segments (contractors, government, infrastructure firms) and partner with internal teams to unlock market potential and position us as a leader in industrial vegetation management and asset protection.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Drive market growth for our IVM solutions by executing national and territory-level sales strategies.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across infrastructure, rail, utilities, LGA and industrial markets.
  • Set and achieve sales targets, develop strategic plans, and provide forecasting insights to the supply chain.
  • Lead commercial discussions with key stakeholders at multiple levels within major customer accounts.

**Key Account Management:**

  • Develop and manage long-term relationships with key accounts, including major contractors, distributors, and government stakeholders.
  • Delve tailored value propositions and commercial offers that support mutual growth and partnership.
  • Identify opportunities to expand our share within existing accounts through product positioning, education, and service support.

**Customer Segmentation & Experience:**

  • Implement customer segmentation frameworks to prioritise high-value accounts.
  • Deliver a differentiated customer experience based on insights and needs.
  • Leverage internal resources (technical, marketing, digital) to build customer loyalty and long term engagement.

**Digital & CRM Engagement:**

  • Use our CRM system to manage pipelines, track engagement, and generate segmented communication campaigns.
  • Drive digital adoption across the customer base to enhance education, awareness, and data-driven decision-making.

**Collaboration:**

  • Report to the National Sales & Key Account Manager - IVM.
  • Collaborate with technical support, marketing, supply chain, and digital teams to execute plans and deliver value.
  • Represent us at industry events, field days, and training workshops.
  • Establish customer demonstrations and commercial trials in collaboration with technical support.
  • Facilitate and support customers grant funding projects across territories.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management—ideally within infrastructure, environmental management, or agricultural markets.
  • Experience in industrial vegetation, IVM contracting, or herbicide product sales is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of commercial negotiations and value-based selling.

  • The ability and willingness to work autonomously and ability to travel at least 40% of available time.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A high level of technical curiosity with the ability to translate complex information into customer value.

  • Certificate proficiency and digital-savviness; competent to Microsoft office packages.
  • A genuine passion for environmental solutions and infrastructure resilience.

**Education & Certifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Science, a related technical field, or in Business Management (or equivalent).

Main Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management.
  • Experience in industrial vegetation, IVM contracting, or herbicide product sales is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of commercial negotiations and value-based selling.
