We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Sleepover Recovery Worker to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals recovering from mental health issues.
About the RoleThe Sleepover Recovery Worker will provide essential support and care to participants after hours, working closely with the clinical care team to ensure a smooth recovery journey. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities- Provide support and care to participants after hours
- Work closely with the clinical care team to ensure a smooth recovery journey
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with participants and their families
- Contribute to a supportive and inclusive team environment
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Certificate IV/Diploma or related field in Mental Health, AOD, or Social Science
- Demonstrated experience in mental health and/or disability
- An understanding of the biopsychosocial model of mental health and social inclusion principles
- A current valid Driver's Licence and ability to undertake some travel
- Evidence of, or willingness to undergo, a National Police Records Check, Working with Children Check-employment and working rights within Australia
