">Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver evidence-based interventions to help individuals overcome addiction and achieve recovery.
  • Provide expert harm reduction services, including education on safer use, overdose prevention, and distribution of naloxone kits.
  • Conduct thorough assessments across multiple domains – AOD, mental health, physical health, and social factors – to create tailored care plans.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and their support networks through regular check-ins and care coordination.
  • Engage high-risk populations through targeted outreach initiatives and community-based programs.
What We're Looking For
  • A degree in a relevant field (e.g., youth work, social work, or alcohol and other drugs) or equivalent experience in harm reduction roles.
  • Proven ability to manage crisis situations and engage diverse communities with empathy and understanding.
  • Current qualifications in CPR, MARAM training, and driver's license without limitations are essential.
