
Supporting Recovery Specialist

The Patient-Centered Psychosocial Support Lead Clinician role is a pivotal position, focusing on delivering high-quality mental health services and promoting recovery-oriented care.
This individual will be responsible for ensuring seamless access to psychosocial support programs through the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) or the Early Intervention Psychosocial Response Program (EIPRS). Key responsibilities include building capacity within Adult Mental Health Services (AMHS), acting as a liaison between AMHS and NDIS/EIPRS providers, and collaborating with consumers, families, carers, and the community to foster recovery and independence.

Requirements- A minimum of two years' experience in mental health, preferably with exposure to psychosocial support programs.

- A proactive, solution-focused approach to delivering mental health support.
