Mental Health Leadership Position

As a Senior Clinician, you will play a pivotal leadership role in our mental health operational team. This is an exceptional opportunity to expand your leadership skills and experience in tertiary mental healthcare.
About the RoleThis temporary full-time position offers the chance to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals and their families experiencing serious mental illness. You will provide assessment, treatment, and recovery-based interventions in a community setting.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and treat adults with mental health disorders in a community setting
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that promote recovery and well-being
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintain effective working relationships with clients, families, and colleagues
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- A demonstrated high level of clinical skills in assessment, treatment, and continuing care of adults with mental health disorders
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with competing demands
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in tertiary community mental health
