Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Trade Marketing Manager to lead impactful strategies and enhance our sales and market presence. The ideal candidate will have expertise in developing successful marketing initiatives, analyzing data for forecasting and decision-making, communicating effectively in a dynamic environment, applying entrepreneurial spirit and business acumen, building partnerships and influencing decisions through a consultative approach, understanding customer, channel, and sales strategies including P&L management, and implementing strategies with operational excellence.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in sales or marketing with a track record of successful marketing initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills for data-driven forecasting and decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and business understanding.
  • Partnership-building and influencing skills.
  • Knowledge of customer, channel, and sales strategies, including P&L management.
  • Commitment to operational excellence.
