Support Coordinator for Independent Living
About the RoleThe Support Coordinator provides crucial assistance to residents of our sheltered living scheme, enabling them to maintain their independence.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with residents, relatives, and health services to ensure a safe environment.
- Offer support to residents in maintaining their autonomy within the scheme.
- A minimum of one year's experience in professional support or care services.
- Ability to organize and maintain records effectively.
- Relevant administration or housing qualification.
- Recent experience supporting older people, particularly retirees.
This position requires a deep understanding of the needs of vulnerable adults and excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team to provide high-quality support.
