We are seeking a seasoned Commercial Analyst to lead our team of analysts. As the successful candidate, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Key Accounts department and drive performance improvement across the business.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a high-performing team of analysts to ensure they are delivering their best work.
- Owning customer profitability modelling, including analysis, forecasting, and commentary.
- Presenting insightful proposals and findings to senior stakeholders.
- Managing rebate calculations and ensuring timely release in line with company policy.
- Supporting the Key Accounts team in all commercial tasks and decision-making processes.
- Maintaining accurate customer account data, pricing information, and service directories.
- Collaborating with the Global Commercial Centre (GCC) to support process completion.
- Delivering regular Key Account performance reports and customer improvement recommendations.
- Driving innovation in data management and reporting tools.
- Proven experience in a commercial analyst or finance leadership role.
- Advanced Excel skills and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail with an analytical and methodical mindset.
- Effective communicator, able to build relationships across teams and with senior stakeholders.
- Resilient and solution-focused, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
