**Plant Operator Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill this Plant Operator position.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of mobile and fixed plant equipment at our quarry site.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Operate front-end loader and other mobile plant as required with a focus on safety and efficiency.
  • Operate crushing plant while adhering to strict safety protocols.
  • Maintain basic upkeep and cleanliness of plant equipment.
  • Contribute actively in problem-solving activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in ongoing safety efforts including pre-starts, toolboxes and incident reporting.

**Requirements:**

  • Previous experience operating mobile plant, preferably a front-end loader.
  • HR truck licence is advantageous but not essential.
  • Quarry experience is highly regarded but not mandatory.
  • High level of self-motivation with strong commitment to safety and quality.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment with minimal supervision.
  • Availability to work Monday to Saturday.
