Batching and Plant Operations Specialist

This role combines customer service, problem-solving, and hands-on work in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage concrete batching and coordinate deliveries to meet client needs.
  • Operate plant equipment and ensure adherence to safety standards.
  • Provide excellent phone-based customer service and represent the company's values.
  • Take orders, finalize sales, and produce high-quality concrete mixes according to specific designs.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a similar role and proficiency with computer systems (Command/Jonel batching systems).
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
  • Plant Operator experience (FEL preferred) with a focus on process efficiency.
