We manage 25 sites for the forestry industry in Australia and New Zealand and are a leading provider of supply chain logistics services to the energy sector, supporting thousands of onshore wells and rig supply vessels, barges, and offshore construction vessels annually.

Job Description

Your Responsibilities

  1. Interpret EAs, Awards, and LOAs for system configuration.
  2. Audit workforce management system configurations to ensure correct payments and entitlements.
  3. Develop reporting requirements and dashboards for labour cost insights.
  4. Support Industrial Relations with data analysis during EA negotiations.
  5. Document business requirements for system enhancements.
  6. Create use case scenarios and user guides for workforce systems.
  7. Gather requirements for new site implementations and system integrations.
  8. Improve rostering processes and employee experience.
  9. Identify opportunities for business process improvements.
  10. Respond to internal user requests and provide BA support.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Business process mapping and research skills.
  • Experience with system implementations, BRDs, and FRSs.
  • Testing, UAT, and user training expertise.
  • API understanding and experience.
  • Knowledge of modern awards and industrial instruments in relevant industries.
  • Workforce management experience in relevant sectors.
  • System administration knowledge of Workforce Management Systems.
  • Proficiency with Microster, SQL, Sisense, and ERP systems.
