Job Opportunity:

Are you a strategic leader seeking a new challenge in clinical project management?

We are currently looking for an experienced Project Director to join our team.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex global studies, developing and implementing project plans, and ensuring timely and within-scope delivery. Additionally, they must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role:

As a Project Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of clinical research trials, from initiation to closure. This includes managing budgets, timelines, and resources, as well as ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Serving as primary point-of-contact liaison with clients to provide outstanding customer service
  • Overseeing and managing all aspects of clinical research trials, including budgeting, planning, and execution
  • Providing direction to project managers assigned to their trials
  • Developing or overseeing the development of robust and comprehensive project plans
  • Ensuring quality management for assigned projects, including eTMF inspection readiness

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of clinical research experience, preferably in a leadership role
• Advanced degree in science or health-related field (preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English; Mandarin language skills (desired)
