Senior Clinic Operations Manager

This pivotal role oversees the daily operations of a busy clinic, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows. The Senior Clinic Operations Manager will lead, motivate and support a multidisciplinary team.
About The PositionWe seek an experienced healthcare professional with a proven track record in managing teams and maintaining high-performing clinics. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing accounts, budgets, reporting and technology systems
- Driving business growth and promoting services to corporate clients
- Delivering exceptional patient experiences through excellent communication and service
- Providing HR support including recruitment, training, and staff development
The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years' experience in a similar management role within healthcare and strong leadership, communication and people management skills.
