Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned leader to drive consistency and quality across complex clinical research trials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic project plans, ensuring scope alignment and timely completion of tasks
  • Oversee budget management, maintaining financial health and compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and open communication
  • Ensure accurate and timely billing, prioritizing customer satisfaction

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A degree in a science or health-related field, with advanced degrees preferred for senior roles
  • A minimum of 8 years of clinical research experience, with 5 years in direct project leadership
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office products, eTMF, EDC, and CTMS, with excellent analytical skills
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate high-performing teams
