
Freight Coordinator Specialist

This is a key position for an organized and detail-oriented professional to oversee transportation processes from Morocco to the UK.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate pre-planning phases ensuring timely transit and effective delivery schedules.
- Plan and execute reefer/container deliveries, considering truck availability, route optimization, and delivery timelines.
- Engage with port authorities, customs officials, logistics partners, shipping agents, haulage contractors, and customers for clear communication.
- Monitor reefer container temperatures throughout delivery, collaborating with haulage contractors for proper handling and temperature control.
- Complete accurate documentation related to haulage operations, including delivery instructions, transport permits, and billing records.
- Be available for on-call duty to address urgent issues or emergencies.
- Prior experience in maritime logistics, managing temperature-controlled cargo or FMCG environments.
- Strong organizational skills with task prioritization and multiple deadline management.
- High computer literacy using online logistical systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration across teams and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented mindset with focus on accuracy and quality assurance.
- Flexibility for evening and weekend shifts for on-call support.
- UK work permit required.
