We are seeking an experienced Freight Forwarding Coordinator to join our client's team in Brisbane. As a key member of the procurement team, you will be responsible for supporting the Procurement Manager in various tasks related to freight forwarding, sales, and operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain sell rate cards, quotes, and buy rate sheets
  • Assist in negotiations with suppliers, carriers, and clients
  • Liaise with sales and customer service teams to ensure seamless execution of client requirements
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and carriers

Requirements

  • Proven experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of international logistics and INCOTERM
  • Proficiency in MS Office, intermediate level
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
