Job Title: Export Control Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate export controls briefings and related activities
  • Support the program management office (PMO) with administrative tasks
  • Draft correspondence for internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage data and reports for corporate governance requirements
  • Deliver specialist advice to support planning, monitoring, and control of land programs

The Export Control Specialist will be responsible for providing strategic support to the program team in Melbourne. The focus will be on export controls, stakeholder coordination, and program governance within a defence environment.

What You'll Bring:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in programme coordination and stakeholder engagement
  • Knowledge of Defence acquisition or sustainment environments (CASG desirable)
  • Understanding of export controls and ITAR regulations (highly desirable)

A minimum Negative Vetting 1 or higher Security clearance is required by the Commonwealth. In some instances, compliance with International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) requirements may also be an inherent requirement.
