Key Responsibilities
  • Contract Coordination: Coordinate and let contracts to subcontractors and suppliers to maintain the construction and resources schedule.
  • Performance Monitoring: Assist in the administration of subcontractor performance against the scope of works and construction program, including control of variations, extensions of time and payments.
  • Financial Management: Ensure that subcontractors are paid on time and according to the agreed terms.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of contracts, payments and communication with subcontractors.
