We are currently seeking a skilled Desktop Support Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent technical skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and exceptional customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide onsite/on-call assistance to end-users within the desktop computing environment

Coordinate and manage desktop computing services to ensure timely and accurate service delivery

Troubleshoot computer OS/peripherals and resolve technical issues in a timely manner

Install and configure hardware/software using tools like SCCM

Manage printer support and MS Office tools installation/troubleshooting

Develop and maintain knowledge of Windows, Apple, and virtual operating systems

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of services

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

At least two years of relevant experience in desktop support

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proficiency in MS Office tools and software applications

Knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange, and Apple OS

Basic knowledge of ITIL principles and processes

Desirable Certifications:

CompTIA A+ Certification

Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) certification in the desktop area
