Job Opportunity

Rubiks Roofing seeks a highly skilled Construction Manager to oversee the installation of metal roofs across various locations.

This key position requires strong leadership skills, industry knowledge, and experience in roofing. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional problem-solving abilities, effective communication skills, and the ability to work independently while maintaining high work quality.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Safety management and WHS checklists for site opening
  • Supervising subcontractors and crews during metal roof installations
  • Conducting insurance-grade roof inspections and reports
  • Maintaining seamless project management between administration and crews

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring strict deadlines are met, KPIs are achieved, and a positive reputation is maintained within the communities Rubiks Roofing operates in.

This is a mid-senior level, full-time position requiring a minimum of 5 years' experience in roofing and previous leadership roles. We encourage applications from individuals with a strong work ethic, motivation, integrity, and attention to detail.
