With a commitment to excellence and efficiency, QA Build is shaping the future of luxury living and vibrant communities.Delivering high-quality homes and facilities at scale, with multiple active sites and more launching, we're seeking an experienced Site Manager and a Site Supervisor for our new site at Cotswold Hills.About The Roles As a volume and production builder, we need both a manager and a supervisor who understand the fast-paced nature of high-volume residential construction.
As a manager you'll be responsible for running the site, managing the team of Labourers, Plant Operators and Contractors delivering homes on time and to budget, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.
As the Supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting the manager, ensuring that the finishes and handover all go smoothly by ensuring that the trades are working to time and producing quality.
For either position, you'll be a decision-maker who can spot potential challenges early, provide effective solutions, and keep projects moving smoothly.
We\'re looking for an experienced supervisor and a manager with a trade background, strong leadership skills, and a knack for building great relationships.
