Advanced Buildings are an established construction and restoration business with offices Nationally in VIC, NSW, the ACT and QLD. We are one of Australia's most trusted and experienced Insurance Building and Repair providers and we specialise in Insurance Repair and Strata work involving large and technical projects. We have long established relationships with Australia's major Insurance Companies and Loss Adjusters.

We are currently looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join the team in Toowoomba. Reporting to the Branch Manager this role will be responsible for managing a work site/s in which Advanced Buildings are the principal contractor ensuring W H & S obligations are always adhered to.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Engage, coordinate and manage trades during the repair process
- Maintain records in the job management system
- Determine a works program and strive to achieve completion within the required time frame and within budget
- Achieve a high Quality of finish to the building works
- Communicate and negotiate with trades
- Communicate clearly and regularly with both internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate access to properties with owners
- Resolve disputes as required
- Manage OH&S matters in keeping with legislative, contractual and company requirements
- Obtain all necessary final certificates from trades, engineers and certifiers as required
- Obtain final signoff documents from owners at completion
- Manage all work matters in accordance with company policies and procedures

**As the ideal applicant you will possess**:

- Previous experience in a similar position/ trade background
- Working knowledge of the Insurance and construction industry
- Supervisor's license and applicable licenses which must be current at all times
- Cert IV Building & Construction
- The ability to produce written reports when required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
