Our Induction Program

Our Early Childhood Teacher First Steps induction program is designed to support new educators in their transition to our team. This comprehensive program includes:




  • Three months of continued support and training, allowing time off the floor to collaborate, learn, and grow professionally
  • An ECT Buddy providing an extra layer of support as you settle into your role
  • Community Connection Sessions to network with other educators, Teacher Registration Partners, and Practice Partners


Our induction program is tailored to meet the needs of each new educator, ensuring a smooth transition to our team.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you'll need to:




  • Hold an ACECQA-approved Graduate Diploma, Bachelor, or Master's of Teaching (Early Childhood)
  • Be currently working towards the above qualification
  • Have a current Working with Children Check
  • Hold Teacher's Registration or be eligible to apply
