Electrical Trade Assistant Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Electrical Trade Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career in the electrical trade industry.

The role involves working on various projects, including industrial, commercial, and high-end residential projects. As an Electrical Trade Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced electricians and develop your skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

This is a day shift position with current commercial project work. You will be part of a well-established team within the industry and will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including those in industrial, commercial, and high-end residential settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist experienced electricians on site
  • Develop skills in rough ins, fit off, cable tray and multiple types of wiring systems
  • Maintain safe work environment and adherence to safety procedures
  • Use problem-solving skills to resolve issues that may arise during projects
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management

Requirements for the Role:

  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Experience in rough ins, fit off, cable tray and multiple types of wiring systems
  • A keen eye for attention to detail
  • Maintenance of safe work environment and adherence of safety procedures
  • Drivers license and reliable transport
  • White card
