Electrical Trades Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and ambitious Electrical Trades Assistant to join our team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills in electrical work, working alongside experienced tradespeople on various projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be able to learn quickly, and possess excellent communication skills.

  • To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate:
  • Able to take on new challenges and adapt to changing situations
  • Demonstrated experience with hand tools and equipment
  • Valid driver's license and Construction Induction Safety Certificate (White Card)
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and contribute positively to the workplace culture
Your Responsibilities:
  • Assist tradesmen on site with rough ins and installations in industrial, commercial and residential settings
  • Cable preparations, marking out points on site and electrical design
  • Terminations, switchboard upgrades and installations
  • Site assistance and on-site stock management
  • Perform any other tasks as required to support the success of the team
