We are looking for an individual who shares our passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience and can contribute to the success of our business.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A real customer service focus with an ability to build strong relationships with customers
  • Highly motivated and proactive, with a drive to achieve sales targets
  • High integrity and a strong work ethic
  • The ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and management at all levels
  • Composure under stress and pressure, with a determination to succeed
  • An eye for detail and a hands-on approach to merchandising and sales
  • At least 2 years' experience working in a high-volume retail environment, preferably with a disciplined retailer
  • Strong merchandising skills and the ability to work unsupervised

The successful candidate must be reliable, flexible, and willing to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. As part of this role, you may be required to lift heavy items, such as bags of dog food.

We are looking for a team player who is committed to delivering results and is passionate about working with pets and their owners. If you share our enthusiasm for the pet industry and are motivated by the opportunity to grow and develop your skills, we would love to hear from you.

The estimated salary range for this position is AU$55,000 - AU$65,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
