We are seeking an exceptional candidate to join our team as an Administrative and Facilities Assistant.
This is a full-time, permanent position based at our Bundaberg Campus.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a close-knit regional community while still connected to the opportunities and reputation of a world-class university.
As an Administrative and Facilities Assistant, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks including administration, facilities management, and clinical skills support.
Key responsibilities include coordinating meetings and events, providing general administrative support, managing financial tasks, and supporting staff onboarding.
You will also oversee day-to-day office operations, room bookings, and logistical arrangements to ensure the smooth functioning of the Bundaberg Learning Community.
In addition, you will assist educators with setup, preparation, and pack-down of clinical skills equipment; monitor and maintain stock levels of consumables.
The successful candidate may be required to complete a number of pre-employment checks, including right to work in Australia.
