Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinating end-to-end recruitment for operational and white-collar roles.">
- Managing onboarding activities, including welcome packs and induction scheduling.">
- Tracking and reporting on HR metrics such as absenteeism, punctuality, and leave.">
- Supporting managers with time and attendance processes and performance documentation.">
- Drafting employee letters and assisting with HR data collation.">
- Ensuring employee records are accurate and compliant.">
Requirements:
">- ">
- A degree in Human Resources or a related field.">
- 1–2 years' experience in HR administration or coordination (preferred) or Talent Acquisition.">
- Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with stakeholders at all levels.">
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); HRIS experience is a plus.">
- Experience in a blue-collar or logistics environment (highly regarded).">
- Australian permanent residency or citizenship.">
