Project Management Leadership

As a seasoned construction professional, you will oversee daily site operations and lead site-based delivery for large-scale projects safely, on time, and to the highest quality.

Main Responsibilities
  • Oversee safe and coordinated execution of all works
  • Lead site-based delivery in line with programme and contract obligations
  • Monitor progress, mitigate delivery risks, and address delays or sequencing issues
  • Enforce HSEQ standards on site and maintain compliance with all statutory requirements
  • Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to meet project milestones
Requirements
  • Qualified in Building, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • Skilled in project sequencing, subcontractor coordination, and live site operations
  • Confident in navigating contract terms, safety legislation, and compliance protocols
