About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Senior Executive to join our team at Pyramid Global Technologies. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in shaping our company culture and ensuring that our employees have the support and resources they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and implement HR functions, including people engagement, health and safety practices, performance management, and related documentation.
  • Develop and maintain strong people processes and build an effective workplace culture that is people-focused.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and staff on HR-related matters, including queries and issues.
  • Collaborate with business units to ensure effective communication and utilization of HR systems.
  • Manage Union engagement and ensure compliance with legislative requirements.
  • Develop and implement health and safety standards and requirements.
  • Coach and develop first-level leadership and stakeholders on critical people management issues.
  • Provide HRBP support in a contact centre set up.
Requirements
  • Hands-on approach with outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to develop relationships across all levels of the business.
  • Sound decision-making skills, dynamic approach to new challenges, and passion for building process.
  • High level of emotional intelligence, initiative, and drive to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in working in a matrix and global set up with a high comfort level to coordinate with multi-location teams.
  • Excellent understanding of Australian employment laws, award applications, health and occupational safety requirements, and stakeholder management.
  • Experience in interaction with Unions and working with them on issues and drawing out solutions.
  • High level/advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills, detail-oriented, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
