We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Planning & Forecasting Team as an Associate. This role is responsible for evaluating financial planning, forecasting, and reporting with a focus on trend analysis and variances to business plans.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate financial planning, forecasting, and reporting with a focus on trend analysis and variances to business plans.
- Deliver monthly forecasts for balance sheet, profit and loss statements, and other Group metrics.
- Collaborate with Finance, Risk, Strategy, and Treasury stakeholders to achieve collective objectives focused on insight, forecasting and delivering the yearly Plan.
- Support plan transfer activities during designated transfer windows.
- Contribute to generating insights for Board and Executive Leadership Team materials.
- Manage the financial impacts of organisational changes, validate numerical data, and address any data discrepancies.
- Solid numerical, financial analysis and modelling skills.
- Able to manage multiple deadlines, and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Data and business intelligence, including advanced Excel skills.
- Able to review complex data and analyse information from multiple sources.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Degree qualified, ideally CA or CPA qualification (or equivalent).
- Substantial experience in Finance/Financial Services.
