About the Role:
  • This is an exciting opportunity for recent graduates or those about to graduate to gain hands-on experience in a corporate environment.
  • You will be part of a diverse team that fosters a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.

Our Customer Experience team provides excellent customer service through various channels, resolving queries, processing orders, and building product and systems knowledge. You will have opportunities to work on projects in sales, customer experience, marketing, procurement, learning and development, and supply chain.

Requirements:
  • A recent undergraduate degree (or imminent graduation)
  • Previous experience in customer service, retail sales, or hospitality (desired)
  • A valid Australian driver's license and reliable vehicle (required)
  • Strong time management and problem-solving abilities
  • Motivation to work independently
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
