As a dynamic leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of early learning services across Greater Sydney. We are seeking an experienced Area Manager to oversee the delivery of exceptional educational programs and nurturing environments.

About the Role:
  • This is a senior management position that requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of Centre Managers and Educators to achieve high-quality outcomes and maintain regulatory compliance.
  • Mentor Centre Managers to develop their skills and ensure operational standards are met or exceeded.
  • Develop and implement training initiatives to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, KPI management, and identify potential risks to the business.
  • Conduct regular inspections and monitor the quality of each service to implement improvements as needed.
  • Prepare and submit reports on the Centre's performance, financial status, and any necessary documentation.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in an Area Manager role with a proven track record of success.
  • Degree in Early Childhood Education from a recognised University or Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent).
  • A strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework, Fair Work and WH&S legislation, Code of Ethics, and other regulatory frameworks.
  • Commercial acumen and understanding of business operations.
  • Proven experience working with the Department of Education.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.

This role requires travel throughout Greater Sydney.
