Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to manage our Home Care services in the Nepean/Blue Mountains region.

As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Home Care Workers, providing support and guidance to ensure high-quality service delivery to our clients.

  • Develop and maintain a great level of service quality in your area.
  • Drive operational metrics and lead busy teams in the office and community.
  • Grow and evolve your area, in line with surrounding areas and the broader business.

What We Are Looking For:

Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Nursing, Allied Health, Aged Care or Case Management.
  • Demonstrated experience in leadership roles while operating effectively in a multi-site environment.
  • Proven experience running Home Care Packages in a CDC (Consumer Directed Care) environment.
  • Strong communication skills with an ability to manage conflict resolution.
