We are seeking a passionate and proactive professional to join our team in the role of Grower Liaison Coordinator. This key position is responsible for building and maintaining trusted partnerships with growers locally and interstate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with growers, ensuring a reliable supply of high-quality raw materials.">
  • Onboard new growers and assist manage supplier agreements (pricing, volumes, specifications).">
  • Collaborate on crop planning and harvest schedules aligned with supply chain forecasts.">
  • Monitor crop progress and coordinate timely delivery of raw materials.">
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and ethical sourcing programs.">
  • Support growers in adopting sustainable and regenerative farming practices.">
  • Maintain accurate records and provide seasonal performance reports.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • ">
  • 3 years' experience in agriculture, agribusiness, or supply chain (preferably herbs, spices, or horticulture).">
  • Strong knowledge of crop production, post-harvest handling, and food safety systems.">
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills.">
  • Willingness to travel regularly to grower sites (local and interstate).">
  • Experience with smallholder farms or contract farming models.">
  • Familiarity with sustainability and ethical sourcing frameworks.">
  • Experience with herb and spice production.">
