Our agency is seeking an experienced professional to fill a leadership role within our team. This position offers the chance to work closely with directors and contribute to the company's success.

The Role

As a department leader, you will oversee a portfolio of properties, managing client relationships, streamlining processes, and conducting regular meetings with your team. You will also be responsible for guiding, mentoring, and training a small team of property managers.

Critical Criteria
  • A strong background in property management, either as a senior property manager or department head/team leader
  • Current WA certificate of registration
  • Proven people management experience and ability to lead by example and motivate a team
  • Good knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act
