The ideal candidate will have expertise in advising on all aspects of industrial relations, employment law, discrimination, workplace health and safety, whistleblowing, and modern slavery.
This is an exciting opportunity for a senior lawyer to contribute to the success of our organization by providing strategic advice and guidance on complex matters.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert advice on industrial relations, employment law, and related matters
- Conduct litigation across various courts and tribunals
- Develop and participate in business development initiatives, including seminars and publishing articles
- A minimum of 8 years of post-qualification experience with a proven track record in a senior associate or special counsel role
- Strong experience working across a range of employment law and industrial relations matters, gained within a reputable commercial law firm
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team to manage a diverse workload
