**Project Coordinator Role**

Parramatta

**Contract Type**

Fixed term - 6 months with possibility of extension

**Working Hours**

7 hours per day, 35 hours per week

Job Details:

The Project Coordinator role is crucial in managing reputational risk for the client (Assets). This involves working closely with internal and external stakeholders to resolve critical matters that impact client outcomes.

Responsibilities include:

  • Responding to Ministerial, media, NSW Ombudsman office, MP Referrals, NCAT Matters, Staying and Home Leaving Violence enquiries;
  • Supporting the delivery of responses to complex issues;
  • Collaborating with program stakeholders to resolve sensitive matters.

Applicants with experience in government, local councils, or customer service will be preferred.

**Key Requirements:**

- Previous experience in stakeholder engagement;

- Strong communication skills;

- Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities;

- Experience with MS Word format documentation.
