About the Job

  • We are seeking an experienced and skilled Portfolio Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our investment process, you will be responsible for building sophisticated financial models, evaluating portfolio performance, and delivering insightful internal and investor reporting.

Key Responsibilities

">

  • Develop and enhance financial models to monitor fund performance and forecasting.

  • Support regular reporting cycles (weekly dashboards, monthly and quarterly investor reports).

  • Provide in-depth portfolio analysis including profitability, leverage, and capital allocations.

  • Liaise with external fund administrators for capital calls and distributions.

  • Contribute to investor presentations, fund performance meetings, and capital raising support.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in finance, accounting, funds management, or a related field.

  • Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel capability.

  • A tertiary qualification in finance, accounting, economics, or similar; CFA/CA/CPA is a bonus.

  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

  • Passion for real assets, private credit, or real estate investments is a plus.
