Front Desk Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Front Desk Operations Specialist to join our team. As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, this role is crucial in delivering exceptional service to our clients, potential clients, and employees.

About the Role:
  • Greet and welcome visitors upon their arrival, ensuring they feel comfortable and are directed to the appropriate person in a timely manner.
  • Manage incoming calls through the reception area, collecting, sorting, prioritizing, and distributing mail on a daily basis.
  • Prepare outgoing mail and packages, arranging courier and other delivery services as needed.
  • Provide general support to office staff and management, managing office supplies and inventory, placing orders as necessary.
  • Maintain and manage all schedules of bookings for meeting rooms and arrange catering and logistics for events and meetings.
  • Perform security and access control duties, monitoring and managing access to the office, ensuring security protocols are followed.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Windows office package.
  • Well-developed interpersonal and communications skills.
  • Proactive focus, initiative, and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
