
Front Desk Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Front Desk Support Specialist to join our organization. This is a casual role working 20 hours per week, providing exceptional support to our patients and clients.
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for answering and addressing incoming telephone queries in a timely and polite manner. They will also schedule patient appointments, answer general queries, process payments, invoice and balance daily banking. Additionally, they will perform general housekeeping duties, including tidying of clinic rooms and areas, and undertake various administrative tasks.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
