Primary Roles and Responsibilities:

\u2022 Provide a superior customer service experience with a positive attitude
\u2022 High level administrative skills
\u2022 Answer and screen telephone calls for all staff members and take messages when appropriate
\u2022 Ensure that requests for assistance are directed to the appropriate staff member in a timely manner
\u2022 Perform general typing and administrative assignments including scanning, filling, and data entry as and when required
\u2022 Maintain a good working relationship with the management and staff
\u2022 Handle initial customer inquiries and complaints before passing on further
\u2022 Communicate effectively and courteously with all employees and external customers
\u2022 Assist with the ordering of stationery and office items as and when required
\u2022 Any other duty as reasonably directed

Requirements:

\u2022 Working knowledge of data and administrative practices and procedures
\u2022 Ability to effectively apply clerical practices and procedures
\u2022 Strong knowledge of MS Office programs
\u2022 SAP experience an advantage
\u2022 Ability to work independently and unsupervised
\u2022 Calendar management and scheduling experience
