About Talent Sourcing Specialists, we're seeking dedicated and skilled professionals to join our team.
This is an opportunity for a Talent Hunter, a Pipeline Pioneer, someone who can spot raw potential in a talent-scarce market.
The successful candidate will work with an energetic team to source, engage, and build a pipeline of top talent for roles that shape the future of water.
Key responsibilities include:
- Mapping the talent landscape: Conduct in-depth market research and talent mapping to uncover hidden gems in target industries and specialised skill areas.
- Collaborating with Employer Branding: Team up with our Employer Branding and Communications experts to amplify our message and promote opportunities both internally and externally.
Requirements:
- Proven background as a Sourcing Specialist or in a similar recruitment setting, with a track record of successfully identifying, engaging, and nurturing top talent.
- Experience in sourcing for hard-to-fill roles, particularly within digital and technical areas (desirable but not essential).
- Exposure and understanding to contemporary and value-adding recruitment sourcing within complex environments.
- Proven success in attraction strategies and recruitment campaigns.
- Excellent communication and market-savvy sourcing skills.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications such as a degree or Diploma in HR or business or experience deemed equivalent.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to partner with all levels across the organisation.
