Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill an Internal Talent Acquisition Specialist role within our organization. As part of our People and Culture team, this individual will play a key role in identifying top talent for our Go-to-Market functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Sourcing: Utilize innovative techniques to identify passive and active talent.
  • Hiring Manager Support: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to provide expert advice and guidance throughout the recruitment process.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitive landscapes to inform our talent strategy.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to and optimize our recruitment processes, leveraging AI-driven tools for maximum impact.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Internal Talent Acquisition Specialist or Consultant, preferably within a fast-paced technology or software environment.
  • Demonstrable success in recruiting for Go-to-Market roles (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) is a significant advantage.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • A proactive and results-driven mindset, with the ability to adapt quickly and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Adaptability and resilience in a rapidly evolving environment.
  • A genuine desire to contribute to a positive and high-performing culture.
