About the Role:
  • Manage PMO dashboard information in ServiceNow, ensuring accurate program-level status, risks, issues, and changes.
  • Support the execution of PAPL IT Project Management Framework (PMF) processes, adhering to procedures, documentation, and governance standards.
  • Facilitate demand capture, approval, and DREAM meeting coordination in the Demand Management process.
  • Coordinate and oversee minor works and software requests, collaborating with architecture and cyber security teams for approvals.
  • Support PMO processes, including status report compliance, resource demand profiles, and documentation, allowing the Technology Delivery Manager to focus on strategic objectives.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in IT PMO administration, with a strong understanding of ServiceNow and project delivery frameworks. They are proficient in managing documentation, reports, and governance processes within an IT project management framework. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks, analyze information, and ensure accuracy.

We offer a competitive remuneration package of $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will enjoy a dynamic and supportive team culture, a contemporary workplace with great facilities, and a modern approach to work/life integration.
