We are expanding our Geo-Environmental Engineering team and seeking an experienced professional to join our Adelaide office as a Senior Associate.

This role offers the opportunity to lead technical teams and strengthen relationships with key clients across Australia, strategizing and delivering projects in civil infrastructure, waste, water infrastructure, and mining sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project deliveries focused on waste management including landfill design, engineered containment systems, geosynthetic applications, and resource recovery solutions.
  • Develop innovative solutions for geo-environmental challenges, integrating waste management into broader infrastructure projects.
  • Prepare and review technical documentation for waste-related projects across planning, design, and execution phases.
  • Build strong client relationships supporting project delivery and business development initiatives.
  • Ensure technical excellence in waste and geo-environmental engineering, overseeing quality and risk management.
  • Deliver desired outcomes for clients with a focus on repeat business.
  • Mentor junior engineers fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Contribute to business growth strategies in waste and environmental services.

About You

A tertiary qualification in Civil, Geotechnical, or Environmental Engineering combined with more than 7 years of industry experience is required.

Strong expertise in waste management, including landfill design, leachate systems, geosynthetics, and resource recovery is essential.

Excellent communication skills with experience in effectively engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders are necessary.
