Job Description

As a Fishing Sales Specialist, you will be the go-to expert for all things fishing. You will assist customers in selecting the right rods, reels, lures, accessories & more.

You will provide expert advice on local fishing spots, techniques, and tackle options. Your role will include merchandising and maintaining the fishing department to ensure it is fully stocked and visually appealing.

You will stay up to date with the latest fishing trends, gear, and technology. Delivering outstanding customer service is crucial to ensure a great shopping experience.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • A passion for fishing – whether it’s freshwater, saltwater, or sport fishing
  • Strong communication skills in a friendly, approachable, and engaging manner
