About The Role

Maintain and enhance the unforgettable experience for customers and staff

Ensure exceptional presentation of the hotel across all areas

Deliver initiatives to drive increased revenue

Guarantee compliance with all policies and safe work procedures

Oversee all compliance matters with support from the team at head office

Contribute positively to the wider leadership group through regular professional development workshops
