Job Overview

We are seeking dynamic leaders to join our Frontline Operations group. As an Assistant Director, you will undertake a key leadership role and ensure delivery of all priorities within your work area.

You will lead diverse workforces to achieve corporate and business objectives, influencing the design and development of strategies that deliver contemporary client experiences and outstanding results.

Your relationship and negotiation skills will ensure strategic partnerships and effective planning for new initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead teams in rostered or scheduled client contact centre environments
  • Encourage staff engagement, guide capability growth, and support positive change management while driving operational excellence
  • Provide technical guidance or advice to clients and staff to resolve complex issues
  • Deliver contract management activities, including outsource contracts for services
  • Coordinate and monitor work/case management activities, provide advice, and recommendations to solve workforce and workload issues
  • Work with business partners to understand requirements and facilitate quality service delivery to the community
  • Develop and maintain planning processes to support continuous improvement and informed decision-making

  • Proven leadership and management experience in customer-facing roles
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Able to influence and motivate teams to achieve goals
  • Familiarity with contract management and service delivery principles
  • Strong analytical and planning skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
