Job Overview

The Environmental Field Service Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless execution and continuous improvement of operations at Beneficial Use Facilities.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day activities, including approval, receipt, delivery, and placement operations, maintenance, and staff utilization.
  • Oversee project locations, working closely with various stakeholders, including employees, vendors, partners, regulatory agencies, community members, and local representatives.
  • Directly and indirectly manage a team of supervisors, facility processing staff, and sub-contractors, focusing on safety, health, and well-being.
  • Generate reports for senior management and regulatory agencies, ensuring compliance with plans, specifications, and applicable Federal, State, and local regulations.
  • Maintain positive relationships with state and local regulatory agencies and ensure facility profitability.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in environmental/civil engineering, environmental science, or business management (recommended).
  • 8+ years' experience in facility operations, with at least 5 years in supervisory capacity.
  • Experience in treatment, processing, recycling, and/or beneficial reuse of hazardous and non-hazardous waste, contaminated soil, and dredged material.
